Spadt has been invited to speak on May 18, 2010 at the Basel Intellectual Property Lecture Series at the University of Basel, Switzerland.  Mr. Spadt will be discussing the strategic uses of U.S. reexamination proceedings and their role in a company’s worldwide IP management.  The lecture series is sponsored by F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. and includes monthly presentations by industry experts on topics relevant to the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.  They are open to all interested professionals from industry, private practice or other institutions.  The event is held with the additional support of the European Center of Pharmaceutical Medicine and the University of Basel.
