Washington, D.C.  |  June 2013 – Brian P. O’Shaughnessy (Shareholder) was recently elected to D.C. Bar’s Intellectual Property Section Steering Committee.  His term on the Steering Committee runs for three years, and commences July 1, 2013.  He is among a slate of three candidates elected to the Committee.  The Intellectual Property Law Section of the D.C. Bar is comprised of lawyers in private, public, and corporate practice. The section provides a forum for intellectual property law issues that affect individuals, small businesses, corporations, and public policy, and is led by a steering committee of elected members that meet once a month to discuss programs, developments, and future events.
O’Shaughnessy is honored to be elected to this important post by his colleagues of the Intellectual Property Bar of D.C., and is grateful to those members who supported his candidacy.
