RP Shareholder Brian P. O'Shaughnessy to Testify at United States Senate Hearing

Washington, D.C.  |  February 2016 – RP Shareholder Brian P. O’Shaughnessy, Chairman-Elect, of the Licensing Executives Society (USA & Canada), Inc. (LES) will appear before the Senate Committee on Small Business & Entrepreneurship to testify at a hearing entitled, “An Examination of Changes to the U.S. Patent System and Impacts on America’s Small Businesses.”  The hearing will be held February 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Small Business Committee Hearing room, Room 428A, Russell Senate Office Building, Washington, D.C.  The hearing will focus on recent changes to the U.S. patent system, and how those changes affect small businesses, and technology-based economic development.  It will also focus on recent changes in patent case law, and the likely effect of pending legislation.
