RatnerPrestia Shareholer Kenneth Nigon Represents AIPLA at USPTO Roundtable
Shareholder Kenneth N. Nigon represented the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) at a USPTO Roundtable in Washington, DC, on January 11, 2013. The topic of discussion was on the need to disclose Real Party in Interest Information in pending patent applications and issued patents.
Mr. Nigon has been active in AIPLA since 1996 and currently serves as the Chair of the Patent Law Committee. Other participants of the Roundtable included representatives from various law schools, law firms, and other institutions.
